2. Eligibility

Access to the Platform is limited to men aged 21 years or older who are legally capable of entering binding contracts under Canadian law.

3. Account Responsibility

To access specific features, users must create a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please inform TrueFinance immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

16. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) administers GST on behalf of the federal government. Businesses collect GST on sales and can claim Input Tax Credits (ITC) for taxes paid on business purchases. The tax is ultimately borne by the end consumer.

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)
The HST combines provincial sales tax with the federal GST in participating provinces. The CRA collects and distributes the provincial share accordingly. HST rates vary by province.

Application of GST/HST to Loan Services
In Canada, GST or HST applies to personal loan amounts or interest charges. Financial services such as lending and interest collection fall under the consumption tax category.

Fees Subject to GST/HST

  • Loan processing or administrative fees

  • Loan cancellation or penalty charges

  • Late payment fees

  • Documentation or service charges
